After what had occurred during that so-called trial of sorts, the blond been thinking of the true purpose as to why they were here. Truthfully, at first he had thought that yes, perhaps, the only reason they were here was due to murdering each other and Miata had been purposely intending on leading them to believe otherwise in some subtle manner (because you know, deceptive humans). However, he had begun to reconsider he was wrong, and realized that perhaps in his initial anger he hadn't thought that indeed that it was more than the show the woman was putting on.
These thoughts swirling in his head, he once again found himself walking around a bit, until he flat out nearly bumps into someone when he rounds a corner, lost in his thoughts, and rights himself quite easily. "...What are you..."
"..."
His words trail off despite the initial surprise. Yes, clearly he should win a medal for his social skills.

"Forgive me... I was lost in my own thoughts."
no subject
He stood there a bit awkwardly. "... Hopefully I was not in the least interrupting wherever you were wishing to go, however."
Because now that they crossed paths, Dhaos had been thinking that it might not be too bad to speak with her. Perhaps more privately, however.

No embarrassing stomach rumbling, at least. She'd been looking for a distraction, more than anything.

And, well, he just folds his arms. He would not admit it either, but he was just a touch concerned and making sure she was handling this week's new foolishness alright. "As in not exactly in a public area."

So Alisha nods easily and clasps her hands together behind her back. "Where would you prefer to speak?"
Finally, at last I get to use an icon of him smiling.
The tall blond gestures to the hall, saying, "Perhaps my own room, or yours, if you are comfortable with such a thing."
no subject
So Alisha nods, thoughtfully. "If you're fine with it, then I am also fine with following you and speaking with you in your room."
no subject
He was glad to notice that the suggestion hadn't exactly been too awkward on his end, and soon he turned his back to her, to begin to lead her towards his room. Despite his own fears, regarding humans, he knew that this was someone who would not attack him from behind. Or at least this was what he reasoned.
As they neared his room, he said, "...I hope you have been faring well, considering the situation."
no subject
"But otherwise, I can't say I've been unwell."
no subject
Although he didn't need sleep himself, he can very easily see why others who needed it wouldn't be able to do so very well during this well. "That said, I am glad you have been mostly faring well, or as well as you can at any rate. At the very least, perhaps this talk should assist in addition to that... as I found that it appears those who have discussed it between themselves can make it easier to deal with."
At one time, Dhaos himself hadn't exactly been always so solitary, although attempting to transition back to doing so wasn't too easy. But he decided to make the attempt, perhaps not just for himself.

"It's true that discussing matters can certainly lessen the weight on one's shoulders..." She glances down at her clasped hands, mulling it over.
"... I suppose I'm just worried that it's not just a matter of simply refusing to kill and hoping everyone else will do the same. I know now that... that isn't the case, not with everyone."
no subject
Now that her words have completely passed he replied, "Indeed, it's true. You cannot just wait and hope that everyone will have the strength to resist on their own. Especially if they are alone and only with their thoughts, which eventually turn into assisting in planting the seeds of madness if there is nothing to distract from it.
At least that is how I believe it will be for now. Such a thing could always be subject to change, as who knows what else will they offer in their motives in order to have someone kill. It could be them taking away something crucial to that person, whether it is physical or emotional. Either way, someone will always fall each week, it seems, thinking eventually killing someone will free them of the pain, and simultaneously this place."
Or perhaps just the pain, and maybe this is not such an uplifting thing to talk about, but ... all the same, he was still hoping there was some kind of silver lining, somewhere.

But she will sink into that chair.
"So perhaps it's better to not let ourselves be alone for too long... or at least have it be with someone we trust."
no subject
He nods at the blond. "Indeed, and possibly on top of that, find some sort of activity to distract yourself with. For now, I believe it is the best option concerning our situation...besides of course to try to uncover the mystery here."
And of course there was the unspoken 'and escape', but he is thinking that might be awhile before it is made possible.
