Dhaos met her and she was the first human in so many years to say she would stick up for him if someone gave him trouble for his so-called title 'Demon King' he had been designated with in this horror show of a game. That said, it's caused him to want to try to get to know her more and open up his heart a bit more than with anyone else here. Dhaos took note of her kindness and sense of maturity, often when not preoccupied to play that same tune he for her. He held a bit of a crush for her and still does. Even now, he considers her important to him. |
A human he's made a quiet promise to watch over...which immediately was first out of a loose sense of obligation. Dhaos in the beginning did not do it with the idea of becoming 'attached' to the human, but along the way he truly started caring. Not just wanting to 'look good'. He and him are similar in some ways and he happens to think that he's also someone worth protecting, so there is that as well. He sees him as his equal, and he wishes Yoite could be less rash, but he thinks he's better with his judgments than most of the other human kids here. He believes him to be intelligent and a capable fighter. Although he's getting sick of when a certain someone is self-righteous towards him. Right now, if someone decides to trouble Yoite he'll intercede in whichever way he can to end it. |
Why are you so naive? This was his first thought, and then...that he could be very much amusing to tease. However, they got along easily enough, probably because they're 'spirits' and Dhaos felt a sort of comradeship in that. It helped that he was obviously not a human, and he even went as far as looking out for him whenever he could. An outsider who knew all these details could compare it to a big brother watching over the smaller one kind of friendship. No intentional comparisons intended. That said, Dhaos knew Urashima was other things besides his naive demeanor, and he regarded him as someone sharp as well as capable in battle. The latter being a guestimate, but he figures he was right anyway. |
A normal human in every sense of the world he had spoken with a couple of times. From what Dhaos understood, the boy was level-headed, and easy to reason with. Also, he did think Takao was a touch bit of naive in the beginning, however, all the same the human rubbed off of him in some way. When he passed, Dhaos was disappointed, but resolved to truly find an alternative exit of leaving this game and figure out the mystery behind this town. As well as watch over Yoite for him. |
His friendship with Satori started easily when it became clear they had a lot in common and not to mention, Dhaos liked her sense of humor. To others Satori seems difficult, but to him he always saw her as someone easy to strike up conversation with and even eventually trust within. He doesn't mind sticking up for her without too much of a thought and even now he never truly regretted it. After all, Dhaos doesn't think it's right to fault her for making a choice to try to save someone close to. Clover was expendable, after all. One can easily conclude all in all, Dhaos trusted her a lot. |
One of the humans he's met straight on. He is finding it strange that more than one of the humans he's met have positive qualities, and even still, what appears to be strong conviction from her. That and she's said to be a knight, but yet seems rather interested in the welfare of others rather than advancing her own status or glory. Nevermind the fact that she is a princess whilst doing all of this. |
A human who seemed to be 'close' in 'bonds' with Xerxes. From the first time he laid eyes upon him, he thought of him as a nervous human...although it looks like that came true, whether because of Xerxes' bullying or no. He thought of him as intelligent and actually didn't mind socializing with him, despite his status as a human. It's possible he even thinks of him as a amicable friend, and he shared a few thoughts with him regarding the town as well as what he found out ocassionally. He's probably one of the few humans he trusts here. On the bonus side, he thought Gilbert's reactions were amusing and considered jesting about it briefly. Although nothing could come of it. |
'I jumped into a shield head first also I'm a cat' He needs to be looked over and watched. Acts kind of like a child who probably needs to teach him how to live (e.g., how to read, write, and proper manners). Dhaos also thinks the guy is way too violent at times, and needs to slow down. Also, he does feel a little bad for him because of his reason to become 'human'. He wanted to teach the cat some more, but he concluded his case was kind of hopeless. Mostly. |
A confounding spirit, who Dhaos originally thought he was lying about being friends with everyone. He became curious about him and although he wouldn't admit it, found his company okay. Until, well, the guy decided to be an ass. On one hand, Dhaos did at least suspect the 'friends with everyone' spiel was full of shit, but... |
A woman he came into conflict with when it was regarding Miata. He knew her to be logical, but at first he found her compassion for others to be a fault and a symbol of naivity. Despite this, he had nothing against her personally and learnt soon enough she wasn't sobad, even if he disagreed with her. He had no issues supporting her or working with her, even, as he still considered her a strong ally. He seems some similar qualities in her that were in him at some point and to some degree he relies on her...to keep the order. He can't be too bothered after all. All in all, he eventually began to truly warm up to her enough where he would have no problems defending her if needed. |
Introduced truly by their similar love of piano music, until before Dhaos knew it, they suddenly became friends, although it was at first tentative. During the time of his disagreement with Lithuania, he was planning on discontinuing their friendship, thinking nothing good would come of it anyway. However, he was glad he didn't and put up even with Poland's antics. |
An elf (Alien human?) person who he has been curious about and recently took under his wing to have him learn piano lessons while they're still here. He seems to be rather mature and very level-headed, from what Dhaos can tell. As of recent events, he tries to look out for him too. To an extent he trusts him more than a few people here and should it come to it, he doesn't mind the idea of defending him. |
A really irritating human who manages to get under his skin and constantly tests his patience. He doesn't even make an effort to disguise his annoyance with her. Her rudeness when they first met set him to decide she'd be a good target for teasing and otherwise, besides when they're normally at each other's throats. |
A human that he originally thought nothing too much of. However, he figured it might be well within the scheme of things to bother interacting with her. Or perhaps it's because despite she's a human, when she was sad during week six, he thought of weighing in and giving humans a chance. After all, they seemed mostly different from Aselian ones. In the end, he didn't see her as too bad. Not to mention, even though it came out she caused so much trouble for Faize and Hinata he figured what was done was done...and if she wanted to fix it so badly the best way for her to do that is not knock her down, but encourage her to do so. |
'Dear Norn, you must be out of your mind' The thought that runs through his head every single time when he spots Undyne. Originally, he thought she would wind up killing someone...probably a human because she was predisposed to violence, like Vegeta, but she didn't. That said, he sort of got along with her, because of their mutual dislike of humans. Although, they've butted heads more often recently, especially where the realm of violence is concerned. When he saw her attack Wrath he thought it was stupid as hell and had his reasons for not joining her. He wish he had told her to wait, however, as she was one of the few who could still hit hard. Despite the fact that she is loud, short-sighted sometimes and just plain damn rude other times, he can see she has a heart of gold that shines forth when she works, determined, for the sake of others. |
A member of Wrath he had the pleasure of speaking with, albeit little. He wasn't able to truly get to know her, but it's possible he thought of her as interesting, good company compared to the rest of the other Wrath members. He certainly thought of her as intelligent. He played piano around her once. |
A human...one of the first here he tried to understand and sort of get along with because of his interactions with Alisha as well as Selena. Not to mention due to the fact the human had experience with this type of situation before. Except that didn't go well and Dhaos was extremely put off by Hinata's self-righteous attitude. He reminded him of one of those humans from Aselia--the human Cless Alvein who yelled all the time--but he couldn't avoid interacting with him because of how visible he was during trials. ...However, Dhaos knew his type well--he could figure when or not he was innocent and thus for the sake of solving trials temporarily put his trust in him when he was asuspect a couple of times. That said, Dhaos does know Hinata can be kind and was not afraid to mention it to his face. Although, he's finding it increasingly irritating he keeps hounding Yoite in general and if he doesn't stop it, he's not afraid to take him aside and talk him down. After all, Hinata is protective of his own friends, so he should not be surprised others are the same. |
A goody-two-shoes like Hinata, but Dhaos secretly doesn't mind it that much on his account since he's more genuine about it. Although he's sure the guy isn't completely pure, he's certainly the most honest person here and he was glad that he spoke up against the others in Satori's trial. He is also glad that Ranulf stopped him from ripping Bill apart, because that is something he would've regretted. All in all, he believes Ranulf, like Alisha, deserves his virtue title. |
GOD HE HATES RHYS SO MUCH. He told two from his small group of actual, few friends (Poland and Yoite), to off themselves and never apologized for it. He wishes he'd stayed dead tbh. |
A prisoner roped into playing this game just like everyone else. She still had abit more control over her own fate than the rest, which makes Dhaos still cold to her mostly on the outside. However, after his disagreement with Lithuania, Dhaos immediately went to the chapel to speak to her. He didn't want to admit it, but he had inklings she wasn't doing this because she had to. At the time he was angry they executed a someone for self-defense and she couldn't do anything about it...and to him it looked like she would not risk her life for either of them. Not to mention, he thought she had something to gain from working with 'them'. When she all but she didn't know if she would even be able to leave the game once this round concluded, well. He knew instantly that she was not going to get what she desired working with 'them' willingly. So he quietly decided to try to find more and if he could, convince Miata to work with them. Not that he would have indicated that, because he was still disgruntled about her and salty over Poland and Hinata trying to also argue with him over it. He surprisingly doesn't think the solution to this is killing her and would step in if he needed to. |
A human who reminds him of Winona, even though him and Lucy got off to a bad start. He made an attempt at amending it, though. He doesn't think what happened to her was something she deserved, despite her status as a human. |
A human child, who is fond of violence. It's tiring meeting even human youngsters who love to resort to such a thing at first glace, nut he is not surprised. That said, since she defended Yoite, he doesn't mind her too much. |
Hinata's wife. She is rather silly at some times and has a perverted nature, from what he could glean from her discussions midtrial. He honestly doesn't know her too well, but she likes wizards and 'games'. She also wants Faize and him to make a wizarding school for some reason... like he even has time for that???? |
